Matthew 12:30 KJV

He that is not with me is against me; and he that gathereth not with me scattereth abroad.

I’m sure you’ve heard the phrase “Evil Prospers When Good Men Do Nothing.”

On the surface that seems true. When only bad men are doing things and good men are doing nothing; everything that ends up being done is bad. That’s just common sense.

However, that’s only Half Truth.

To God, evil doesn’t prosper when good men do nothing because if you do nothing when you see evil; you are part of that evil. You are aiding and abetting evil. You are evil as well.

Jesus said whosoever gathereth not with me spreadeth forth abroad (Matthew 12:30). There is no middle ground. You are either making the world a better place in the sight of God, or you are making the world a worse place in the sight of God. There’s no space for neutrality in God’s eyes.

God despises neutrality. He said, if you’re neither hot nor cold he would spit you out of his mouth (Revelation 3:16).

God has no space for the neutral.

Your actions are either drawing men to him (thus making the world a better place) or drawing men away from him (thus making the world a worse place).

If you are among those who are doing nothing when others are doing bad, don’t deceive yourself that you’re good because you’re not joining them to do the bad things they are doing. By your not doing anything to stop evil and spread righteousness in the world, God classifies you among the bad.

Pledge:

From today I pledge to do something about evil anywhere it pops up around me whether near or far.

I am a force for doing good in this world. I am part of God’s Plan in eradicating evil from this world. In Jesus Name. Amen.

So then because thou art lukewarm, and neither cold nor hot, I will spue thee out of my mouth.

Luke 4:18 KJV

The Spirit of the Lord is upon me, because he hath anointed me to preach the gospel to the poor; he hath sent me to heal the brokenhearted, to preach deliverance to the captives, and recovering of sight to the blind, to set at liberty them that are bruised,

Matthew 28:19–20 KJV

Go ye therefore, and teach all nations, baptizing them in the name of the Father, and of the Son, and of the Holy Ghost: [20] Teaching them to observe all things whatsoever I have commanded you: and, lo, I am with you alway, even unto the end of the world. Amen.
